Request for Service & Repairs

The form below should be submitted to request work or repairs that need to be performed on your Condo or your section of the common area. 

Please explain the repair needed or the problem that you are reporting, including the location on the property and any other pertinent information required for the Committee to evaluate the situation.

For changes to your condo, provide a brief description of the proposed change, including purpose or reason for the change, location on the property (if applicable), dimensions, and any other pertinent information required for the Committee to evaluate the proposed change. This will help insure that your planned improvement conforms to the Association's Declaration, enhances the beauty of the community, maintains the architectural harmony of the community, and in no way inconveniences your fellow homeowners. It also enables the Board of Directors to determine what information and assistance it can give in order to expedite completion of your planned improvement. 

It is the duty and responsibility of the condo owner to obtain all necessary building permits or other documents pertaining to improvements to the condo to assure that all applicable codes and regulations are followed. Condo owner shall comply with all local laws and land ordinances. Any approved improvement by the Committee is an aesthetic and community compliance approval only and in no way is to be construed as approval of structural soundness or as acceptance of any necessary codes or regulations.
